Welcome to cozyStitch. By accessing this website, browsing products, submitting a custom request, or placing an order through WhatsApp, you agree to these Terms & Conditions.
1. About cozyStitch
cozyStitch offers handmade crochet products including hair clips, keychains, bag charms, mini handbags, accessories, and custom-made items.
Orders initiated through this website are completed through WhatsApp unless otherwise stated.
2. Order Requests
Submitting an order form or opening a WhatsApp order message does not by itself confirm an order.
An order is considered accepted only after cozyStitch confirms:
- Product availability
- Selected variants
- Quantity
- Price
- Customization
- Estimated preparation time
- Delivery details
- Any applicable charges
cozyStitch may decline or cancel an order before confirmation where a product, material, variant, quantity, delivery option, or other requirement is unavailable.
3. Product Availability
Products may be marked as:
- Available
- Made to Order
- Out of Stock
Inventory displayed on the website is provided for convenience and may not always reflect simultaneous orders or recent offline sales.
cozyStitch does not guarantee availability until the order has been confirmed.
4. Made-to-Order Products
Made-to-order products are created after an order is accepted.
Any preparation time shown on the website is an estimate, not a guaranteed completion or delivery date.
Complexity, materials, artist availability, quantity, holidays, courier conditions, and other circumstances may affect completion time.
5. Handmade Product Variations
cozyStitch products are handmade.
Small differences in:
- Shape
- Stitching
- Size
- Thread placement
- Color
- Texture
- Finishing
may naturally occur and are not necessarily defects.
Colors displayed on screens may also differ slightly from the physical product because of lighting, photography, and display settings.
6. Custom Orders
Custom orders may depend on:
- Design complexity
- Yarn/material availability
- Requested colors
- Size
- Quantity
- Artist availability
A custom-order request does not guarantee that cozyStitch will be able to reproduce a reference image exactly.
Customers must ensure they have permission to provide any image, artwork, logo, character design, or other material submitted for customization.
7. Pricing
Prices are displayed in Pakistani Rupees unless otherwise stated.
cozyStitch may update prices at any time before an order is confirmed.
For custom orders, the final price may be provided after reviewing the requested design.
The price confirmed through WhatsApp will apply to the accepted order.
8. Quantity and Variants
Customers are responsible for reviewing selected:
- Product
- Item number
- Color
- Variant
- Size
- Quantity
- Notes
before submitting an order.
cozyStitch is not responsible for incorrect selections submitted by the customer after those selections have been confirmed, except where cozyStitch itself makes an error.
9. Cancellations
Cancellation may be accepted before production or preparation begins.
Once work on a handmade or customized order has started, cancellation may be refused or charges may apply.
Custom-made or personalized items may not be eligible for return or cancellation simply because the customer changes their mind, subject always to rights that cannot legally be excluded.
10. Delivery
Delivery dates and times are estimates.
cozyStitch may use independent courier or delivery services.
cozyStitch is not responsible for losses, delays, failed deliveries, courier issues, failed order submissions, or other problems caused by third-party services or circumstances outside cozyStitch's control.
Where a parcel is lost or damaged by a third-party courier, cozyStitch may assist the customer with the courier claim where reasonably possible.
Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
11. Incorrect Delivery Information
Customers are responsible for providing correct:
- Name
- Phone number
- Delivery address
- City
- Other requested delivery information
Additional delivery charges caused by incorrect information, failed delivery attempts, or customer unavailability may be charged to the customer.
12. Damaged, Incorrect or Defective Products
If an order arrives materially damaged, defective, or different from the confirmed order, the customer should contact cozyStitch as soon as reasonably possible and provide photographs or other reasonable evidence.
cozyStitch may, depending on the circumstances:
- Replace the item
- Repair the item
- Offer an appropriate refund
- Provide another reasonable resolution
Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
13. Failed or Interrupted Orders
cozyStitch is not responsible for order requests that fail to reach us because of:
- Internet failure
- WhatsApp failure
- Browser problems
- Device problems
- Third-party service interruption
- Incorrect customer information
Customers should ensure that the WhatsApp message is actually sent and that cozyStitch confirms the order.
14. Limitation of Liability
cozyStitch is not responsible for losses, delays, failed deliveries, courier issues, failed order submissions, or other problems caused by third-party services or circumstances outside cozyStitch's control.
Where liability can legally be limited, total liability relating to a particular order will not exceed the amount actually paid for the affected order.
Mandatory consumer rights, where applicable, remain unaffected.
15. Third-Party Services
The website may interact with third-party services including WhatsApp, courier providers, hosting providers, and other external platforms.
cozyStitch does not control and is not responsible for the independent operation, availability, privacy practices, or technical failures of those services.
16. Website Information
We try to keep product descriptions, prices, availability, images, and other information accurate.
However, typographical errors, technical errors, outdated stock information, or accidental omissions may occur.
cozyStitch may correct such information before confirming an order.
17. Intellectual Property & Ownership
The cozyStitch website's original custom design, custom source code, layout, software implementation, and other original website materials are owned by Abdullah A., except for third-party libraries, fonts, assets, trademarks, or components that remain subject to their respective owners and licences.
All applicable rights are reserved.
Without prior written permission, users may not:
- Copy the website design
- Copy or redistribute source code
- Republish substantial website content
- Sell or sublicense website code
- Clone or reproduce the website
- Create unauthorized derivative versions
- Remove copyright or ownership notices
Viewing the publicly accessible website does not grant ownership or a licence to reuse its protected materials.

19. Customer Age
cozyStitch products are marketed toward girls, but customers who are not legally able to place an order independently should place orders with the involvement and permission of a parent or legal guardian.
20. Misuse
Users must not attempt to:
- Attack or interfere with the website
- Circumvent technical restrictions
- Scrape the site at unreasonable scale
- Copy protected code or design
- Submit fraudulent orders
- Impersonate another person
- Abuse ordering or communication systems
Access may be restricted where misuse is reasonably suspected.
21. Reviews, Testimonials, Ratings, Recommendations and Sales Information
cozyStitch is growing, and some customer-feedback and product-information workflows may currently be handled manually.
After an order, a customer may choose to provide feedback, a rating, review text, images, videos, links, social profile links, a testimonial, or a video recommendation through WhatsApp or through the person who managed the order. Where appropriate, cozyStitch may manually review, enter, format, organize, or publish that submitted material on the website.
Product ratings, review summaries, and sales counts may also be manually maintained or corrected based on available order and feedback records. A displayed rating or count may therefore change as records are added, reviewed, corrected, or the system develops.
cozyStitch may moderate submissions for relevance, privacy, safety, spam, duplication, formatting, or inappropriate content. Submission of feedback does not guarantee publication. Where customer feedback is published, cozyStitch should not intentionally change its material meaning.
In the future, cozyStitch may introduce automated or partly automated systems for requesting, collecting, organizing, calculating, or publishing post-order reviews, ratings, recommendations, or related information.
22. Changes to These Terms
These Terms may be updated when cozyStitch changes its products, ordering system, website functionality, policies, or legal requirements.
The latest published version will apply from its stated effective date.
23. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of Pakistan.
Any dispute will be handled by a court or other competent authority having jurisdiction under applicable law.
